SEND

LEA is an inclusive mainstream school with a range of provision for our SEND and EAL students. This includes support and input from external services such as Speech and Language therapy, Educational Pyschologist, Phoenix and specialist teachers of the Deaf. 

We also offer Cooking enrichment to build independence skills for our students with SEND.

Furthermore students have the opportunity to engage in interventions to help accelerate their progress, for example Toe by Toe, LEXIA, catch up reading interventions and language support. We also place importance in instilling confidence and developing social skills amongst our students through interventions such as Talk for Teens. We aim to foster growth and independence whilst providing young people with the appropriate support.
