Ofsted & Performance Tables
“Pupils are supportive of and respectful to others, and listen attentively to teachers. They answer questions when asked and complete their work diligently.” Ofsted 2021
All state schools are held to account by the DfE through the work of Ofsted. For every visit a summary is written which tracks the progress made by the school.
“Leaders are clear about the aims of the curriculum and the essential knowledge and skills that pupils need to learn by the end of the course. Plans are detailed, and knowledge and skills are broken down into their constituent parts. This helps pupils learn the fundamentals before moving to more complex work.” Ofsted 2021

You can compare us with other local schools at these websites. Scores take a number of different attributes into account.
Secondary League Table for Tower Hamlets
Before Covid-19, students were assessed externally through GCSE exams. Their progress in each subject is tracked and used to give overall scores for each school. During the pandemic external exams were not held nationally.
Our data for the past three years shows that we regularly score at national average or above, and our Progress8 score demonstrates that our students make at least expected progress.
